The Father of Late Nigerian Female Combat Pilot Reveals His Daughter Tolulope Arotile, Fulfilled Her Dreams Before She Died
The father of deceased Nigerian female combat helicopter pilot Mr. Arotile, reveals his late daughter Tolulope fulfilled her childhood dreams before she died.
The mourning father disclosed when Tolulope was still a child, there was a day she pointed at a small aircraft parked on the field told him "papa one day I am going to fly that aircraft", and he replied "Amen".
He added from that particular day, the little girl started working towards achieving her dreams by getting admitted into the Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna.
That was where she obtained a degree in Mathematics and became a female Cadet in the Nigerian Air Force. Tolulope also travelled abroad to complete several courses before she finally became a pilot.
The 24-year-old late Miss Arotile reportedly met her untimely death as a result of head injuries sustained after a former school friend accidentally reversed into her, while Tolulope was trying to greet her.
