The Nigerian Airforce regretfully announced the demise of flying officer tolulope arotile,who died as a result of head injuries sustained from a road traffic accident at the Nigerian Airforce base,kaduna.
This news sparked sorrowful reactions from the president and other top government officials and the ex-Senate president was not to be left out as he released a statement,Mr Saraki said "I woke up to read the very sad news of the of the unfortunate passing away of flying officer tolulope.
The flying officer dedicated her life to the service of her nation and in so doing became a role model for millions of Nigerians on breaking glass ceilings.
Furthermore,he went on to commiserate with the Nigerian Airforce,her family and friends and prayed for God's strength towards them to Bear the loss.
The news is so saddening and what makes it even more is that she is the country's first female combat helicopter pilot.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
