Nigerian first female combat helicopter pilot, Arotile dies at 23.

Flying officer, Tolulope Arotile is dead, eight months after she was commissioned as Nigerin's first female combat helicopter pilot. This was contained in a statement signed by Air force spokeman Ibikunle Daramola. She was just 23 😭😭😭😭😭


It is with great sorrow that the Nigerian Air force ( NAF) regretfully announce the unfortunate demise of flying officer Tolulope Arotile, who died 14 July 2020, as a result of head injuries sustained from a road traffic accident at NAF Base Kaduna; the statement read "the Chief of the Air staff Air Marshal Sadique Abubaker, on behalf officers airmen, airwoman and civilian staff of the NAF commiserates with the family of Late flying officer Arotile over this irreparable loss. We pray that the Almighty God grants her soul eternal rest. Amen
Arotile was commissioned along with 12 other including Kafayat Sanni, the country's first female fighter pilot.✈✈✈✈✈
