An unidentified LASTMA officer has been seen fixing a portion of the Ibeju Lekki road. The officer who is yet to be identified has taken the option to fixing and trying to patch up the road to reduce traffic and enable motorist plying the route have an easy access to their destination.
To some extent the singular act of this LASTMA official is comical but on a reasonable note, it is an act worthy of recognition. The raining season has hit Lagos State very hard thereby unveiling the huge shortcomings of Lagos roads and motorist have to endure huge hardship while navigating across the state.
Aside from the regular traffic, water-logged road and huge potholes have overridden the roads in Lagos with very little allowance or portion of the roads in good state. Multiple citizens have called on the governor of Lagos State to look in the situation and rescue lagosians from hardship.
