As we all see the recent trends in technological development of other countries, it has come to the knowledge of many that we are indeed backward and we need to step up. Stepping up will surely place us above the rest even if we have no position because the Nigerian man is blessed with so much knowledge that can envy his counterparts.
See some technological advancements below;
China has unveiled a prototype of a new magnetic levitation (maglev) train designed to reach speeds of up to 600 km/h.
Maglev technology uses strong electromagnets which lift and propel the train forward on a cushion of air. Without the problem of friction between wheels and rails, maglev trains are able to hit greater speeds than conventional locomotives, and with less noise and vibration.

More so China plans to make a bus that moves over traffic a normal transport means
Dubbed the Transit Elevated Bus (TEB), the robot-like coach allows cars to pass underneath as it makes stops, and also drives over cars stuck in jams.
Concept models and videos of the large vehicle show the bus travelling around a circuit at speed as it makes full use of road space to become the transportation means of tomorrow.
The latest TEB concepts were revealed at this year's 19th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo (CHITEC), held in the Chinese capital, where its designers unveiled plans to trial the elevated bus later this year.
Qinhuangdao City, in the northern province of Hebei, will be the first to host a TEB system, reports said, with the project chief Song Youzhou claiming interest from countries such as France, Brazil, India, and Indonesia. This is sure a wake up call to our government to speedily look into the future of their people. This is time to act and follow or even move ahead of our counterparts.
