He did not possess any certificate of training only that he identified his talent and continued to advance it.
From the pictures, you can see that he designs a new skeletal part of the motorcycle and affix engine and other secondary system of the motorcycle. So many people have showered encomiums on him for this feat and some even call on governments at all levels to help him out for his project to be become big. One Twitter user replied that Federal Government should find an automobile company to pair him with which will not cheat him. Another user congratulated him and prayed for him.
