Let's be serious in the way we approach people, the manner in which we talk not discuss with people, because if you don't check into these things i mentioned, then your case can be like that of this man who lost a job worth N200,000 just because he called the employer 'Uncle'.
The word 'Uncle' is a word used to refer someone especially in an informal conversation, however, this man failed to know that and called his boss to be, his uncle, this act alone has shown his level of smartness and it's seems low.

This story was shared by the Nigeria controversial blogger and journalist, Mrs. Kemi Olunloyo in a twitter post, she said the incident occur in Lekki during an interview.
The employer is actually her brother, and the man he was interviewing lost 200k monthly salary just because of that act of disrespect.
