LOSS OF SUPPLY TO ABAKPA NIKE AND ENVIRONS, IN ENUGU STATE.

The Enugu Electricity Distribution PLC (EEDC), wishes to inform her esteemed customers in Nike and environs, under Abakpa District, that the current loss of supply being experienced is as a result of faults at the Nike Lake Injection Substation, which occurred at about 8am of Monday, 20th July, 2020. 

This development affected all the outgoing feeders radiating from the station, namely: Nike Lake 11KV, Amorji 11KV, Abakpa 3, 11KV and Ugwogo 33KV feeders.

As a result of this, our customers from T-Junction in Abakpa down to Ugwogo, part of Umuchigbo, Nike Lake Hotel and environs, Harmony Road, Alulu, Amaokpo, Ibagwa, Edem and Amorji are without electricity supply.

We regret the inconveniences this will cause our esteemed customers and assure them that work is ongoing by our engineering crew to ensure that fault is rectified and supply restored.
