Dr. Ololade Kehinde, a senior special assistant to Governor Dapo Abiodun on Health has commended the Ogun state civil service workers for their dedication to work, which is a major contributor to the economic growth and stability being witnessed in the state.
He made this remark yesterday in a release issued to celebrate with the civil servants on this year workers day anniversary in Abeokuta, Ogun state.
Dr. Ololade noted that the cordial relationship that exist between the executives and Ogun state workers is the major panacea to the progress, growth and speedy development being recorded by the present administration.
He said that the state Government is not only committed to improving the welfare of the workforce through regular payment of salary, the Governor has also prioritized the regular promotions of the workforce.
The Special Adviser on Health applauded the Heath workers for their relentless efforts in combating the second waves of the deadly coronavirus which has claimed millions of lives across the globe.
Reiterating Governor Dapo Abiodun's commitment to the state workforce, Dr. Ololade encouraged the workers to go about their activities without fear as the Governor will do everything within his power to protect the lives and properties of the entire state workforce.
In Conclusion, Dr. Ololade admonished the organized Labour to always dialogue with the government to make their demands known as the government and labour unions are partners in progress.
