Thousands of job Applicants that were shortlisted for the oral interview in the state Government intervention Program to ease the state Teaching Sector from the shortfall of Staffs within the state primary secondary and technical colleges, Ogun Interns Teach, have converged in Abeokuta the Ogun State capital for the last phase of their recruitment exercise as they Jostle to earn a position in the 5000 slots that the successful candidates in the last CBT test are seeking to fill.
The exercises which started as early as 8 o'clock in the morning began as names of candidates who have been shortlisted from the last stage of the exercise were called for the oral interview which was preceded with the verification of Applicants credentials with the successful ones at this stage proceeding to meet the panel of interviewer, who examine the Applicants based upon the field of specializations of the candidates in an oral way.
Across the four venue's of the interview namely, Abeokuta Grammar School idi-Aba, Lisabi Grammar School Idi-Aba, Baptist Girls College Idi-aba and Government Technical College Idi-aba , Applicants are to sit for the oral interview in any of the groups the exercise have been divided into as each of the venue's have at least 3 group's which further has 2 sets of panelist of 15 Applicants being Attendanded to simultaneously.
The Chairman of the state Teaching Service Commission, Evangelist Olamilekan Ifede was on ground at the Government Science and Technical College centre of the interview to monitor a smooth running of the oral interview during the exercise.
Due to the large number of candidates from the 20 local government area of the state that came for the exercise, proceedings in all the centre of the exercise ran late into the evening of the first day of the interview. .
The successful candidates are expected to resume in the states Primary , Secondary and Government Technical College across the twenty local government area of the state , when the 2021/2022 academic session begins.
