Reason Why Some Batch C Beneficiaries Of N-Power Teach Are To Be Redeploy

Apart from using the N-Power scheme of the Federal Government of Nigeria as a means of employment generation to the unemployed, the program should be viewed from another perspective entirely, especially the N-Power Teach.

Due to the dearth of Teachers in most of the Nation's elementary Educational institutions, the establishment of the N-Power Teach Scheme should be seen as a step in the right direction to meet the Shortfalls in numbers of personel.

Therefore, the program coordinators are suppose to be a professional in the field of education in order to be able to profer appropriate solutions to the numerous challenges participants in the program are likely to come across.

In view of the above, a mistake on the part of the coordinators of the N-Power Teach program has been observed. Unlike the previous batches of the scheme, which deploys the beneficiaries of the scheme between the Junior and the senior arm of our secondary schools system, however the deployment of the batch C beneficiaries in the present. Scheme, has been a lopsided distribution as virtually all members that were posted to the secondary schools have their deployment letters addressed to the senior secondary school.

A situation that have made many Senior schools to have excess numbers of N-Power Teach beneficiaries in their schools, at the detriment of the junior secondary section .

This lopsided distributions had been the bane of the present redeployment exercise of the batch C N-Power Tecach scheme.
