Over 200 frontline workers test positive of corona virus
According to the chairperson of the Nigerian Association of Nurses and Midwifery, Mrs Deborah Yusufu, she said over 200 nurses in the various medical facilities in Abuja have tested positive of corona virus.
According to Mrs Deborah Yusufu while briefing the media stated that the nurses who tested positive are the frontline health facility staff who put their life in line while helping there country battling the corona virus pandemic.
According to her, there duties exposed them to the virus.
She also note that out of the affected nurses, 12 have recovered and have been out of isolation.
Mrs Deborah Yusufu the chairperson of the Nigerian Association of Nurses and Midwifery also said everybody must take responsibility of ending the corona virus. She said, it is going to be a collective responsibility on the part of all of us to fight against the virus.
