COVID-19 does not exist in Nigeria. The virus can be cured by eating garlic. The temperature in Nigeria will not allow it to thrive. These are some of the word by people in plateau state. While this are people living in ignorances.
Covid is real and killed over a million people and is still killing, even in plateau state at least 18 people have been confirmed dead we with the virus.
Plateau state first case of the virus is believed to have been contracted by a lady who came into the state from kano despite the lockdown in April, 2020.
And since then the infection have grown to 700 verified and confirmed cases. But today the 21st of July, 2020, Plateau state now have 700 cases, 370 of the virus are active receiving treatment while 312 have been treated and discharged and but 18 of people with with the infection have been killed by the china virus. With over 11,000 samples collected and tested.
