Plateau confirms 52 new cases of covid19, the highest recorded in a day in state
Plateau had reported 52 new cases of corona virus in the state with a total of 18 death so far in the state resulting from the pandemic.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on Monday confirmed these when it announced that the country has recorded fresh 562 cases of coronavirus. According to the health agency in Nigeria, the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via it verified Twitter handle and Facebook page,
The 562 new cases are reported from 21 states- FCT (102), Lagos (100), Plateau (52), Kwara (50), Abia (47), Kaduna(35), Benue (34), Oyo (26), Ebonyi (24), Kano (16), Niger (15), Anambra (14), Gombe (12), Edo (11), Rivers (6), Nasarawa (5), Delta (5), Borno (3), Enugu (2), Bauchi (2), Kebbi (1). Till date, 37,225 cases have been confirmed, 15,333 cases have been discharged and 801 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
Plateau 700 confirmed cases of covid19, 370 are active cases with 312 discharged while 18 dead reported in the state.
