Federal Government Should Pay Every Nigerian Students N20,000 By The End Of July(OPINION).

The Federal Government on March 2020 ordered the closure of schools in Nigeria because of the deadly corona virus pandemic.

Since then there has been a lot of controversies about the resumption of educational activities in schools.

The government has expressed concerns about the safety of students in Nigeria.

Due to the lockdown, a lot of business activities have been affected and most people barely survive, we all can agree that corona virus has kept most of our parent indoors while some even lost their jobs.

Recently, Federal Government released guidelines and conditions for resumption of students without putting into consideration the parent financial capability.

When schools resume the demands that will be given by most universities, polytechnics and even secondary schools will be high because they will have to meet up with the academic calendar.

The resumption of students will attract a huge expenses, which most parent can't afford because of the effect of the corona virus pandemic on their financial aspect.

Lecturers in universities and polytechnics will result into giving out handouts, project, seminars, report and e-learning to meet up with the academic calendar.

The government should assist every students with the sum of 20,000 Naira to help ease the burden on our parent.

Do you agree with me that the Government should pay students 20,000?
