Drink This Tonic First Thing In The Morning To Boost Your Immunity.

The common saying "Heath is Wealth" fits to everyone's life. Good health is the real wealth because if you want to explain or understand this further, think of a dying man in the hospital bed or a covid-19 patient who has been confirmed positive. If you can read into his/her mind at that state, you will discover that they no longer have that thought for wealth. All they care about or pray for at that moment is their life.

Yes! Health is wealth. As, it is only our good health which stays with us in any bad or good circumstances. No body in this life can render 100% help to us apart from good health.

For one to be healthy, there are foods or foods combination one needs to take at a given time in other to be healthy. God has blessed human with a lot of natural foods and spices or herbs we can consume to maintain good health.

Therefore, in other to boost your immunity, this three(3) concoction will be of help.

1. Mixture of raw grated Ginger, Turmeric, Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and Honey.

Quantity;

•1 cup of water

•1/4 grated ginger

•1 tablespoon ACV

•1/4 tablespoon turmeric

•1 teblespoon honey.

Add water, ginger and turmeric in a deep pan and bring it to boil. Allow it to cool down a little before adding honey and ACV. Your immunity booster shot is ready.

The ACV is believed to be rich in health-boosting natural protein and bacteria, and turmeric has an anti-inflammatory properties.

2. Mixture of Horseradish root(1 root), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tablespoon), peppercorns (5-6 handful), Turmeric (1 tablespoon), Fennol seeds(1 tablespoon), Clove(1 piece), Ginger(half a root), Garlic(a few cloves), Orange peel(half cup), Dried elderberries (1 tablespoon) and Honey (to soften the taste).

Boil this mixture (excluding ACV and honey) in a deep pan, then allow it to cool down a little before adding ACV and honey. Your immunity-boosting syrup is ready.

The syrup is very useful during winter especially when your body is struck with cool and cough. This is because most of the ingredients here serve as antioxidants and also have anti-inflammatory properties.

3. The Tulsi Kadha Tea

Mixture of;

•1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder

•1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder

•1 tablespoon ginger

•3-4 munakka(Raisin)

•2 glasses of water.

Boil the mixture for 15 minutes and allow to cool down. Your immunity booster tonic is ready.

This mixture helps to improve your digestion and flush out toxins from the body.

The ingredient "Tulsi" has an antimicrobial properties, while ginger and Cinnamon exhibit anti-inflammatory properties.
