I Dim Jimeto Chinazam was in Ekwuloba Court today, 17th July 2020 to witness, the court hearing of Mr Dim Chikezie and five others accused of Break and Enter, simply because a Native Doctor from Nsukka said they stole from CHUKWUJEKWU NWOKEKE Popularly known as OKPOLE, but unfortunately the court was ones again adjourned. Mr CHUKWUJEKWU NWOKEKE used SARS to arrest the boys from their homes January 20th, 2018.
It has been same adjournment for the past two and half years. The court is yet to hear their case. We know that something is fishy.
Someone has decided to keep them in prison for life using adjournment. What they do is to make sure court doesn't sit any day their case is called up. This is not a coincidence. It is planned and definitely money is exchanging hands. We need justice for Dim Chikezie and five others.
We demand justice from the court. Enough of this adjournment. We can't achieve justice if you don't take action. Share this and you must have taken action.
This is shameful. Ikenga people in Aguata Local Government of Anambra State should know that it is an insult to them that their sons are held in prison for close to three years simply because a Native Doctor said they stole. Their only evidence is what they claim the native doctor said.
