NSCDC Arrestes Three Suspects For Stealing Stones And Four Others For Illegal Petroleum Products

Seven suspected illegal oil vandals has reportedly been apprehended by the FCT Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

However, the suspects were paraded on Friday by the FCT Commandant of the corps, Mr Patrick Ukpan, stating that, three were caught dubiously stealing kerb stones while four were caught with illegal petroleum products.

Further speaking, Ukpan said the suspected vandals were operating in residential areas and the command took immediate action to arrest the vandals after receiving credible information of their dubious activities from the public.

However, he said they will be charged to caught immediately investigation is concluded.

Speaking to one of the suspected vandals who identified himself as Chukwu Okonkwo, saying that he buys his petroleum products from the deport, and has been in the business for 20years and doesn't know how it was labelled as illegal activity and had to be arrested for it.

Also speaking was,Solomon Chang who was apprehended for stealing kerb stones along game village Abuja, blamed the Devil for his act, promising that he will turn a new leaf if he regains freedom.
