Barely a month since a white police officer in the United States murdered a black man known as George Floyd after he was handcuffed, pinned to the ground and then stepped on his neck, another similar case has been recorded in Sao Paulo in Brazil.
CCTV footage revealed how a police officer took laws into his own hands, arrested a 51 year old grand mother, pinned her to the ground, and as if that was not enough, he stepped on her neck while wearing his heavy boots.
It is unclear the crime she committed, but thousands of people have taken to their social media accounts to condemn the act after the footage was released online, saying it was unjust fkr the policeman to have carried out such a wicked act on an old woman. It seems the reaction of the public has proved effective as the Governor of Sao Paulo, Joao Doria has called for the sacking and arrest of the said policeman.
