Church pastor and two other church members including a police officer were been stabbed during bible study in a church in United States of America.
The incident happened at Grace Covenant Church in Chantilly, Virginia on Saturday 18th July, 2020. The church member whose name was not disclosed attacked the pastor while he was conducting a bible study. A police man who attended the bible study and another church member were also stabbed while they were trying to defend the pastor. The police officer identified as Ed Roessler is a Fairfax County Police Chief.
The statement was released by another pastor of the church, Brett Fuller, he said that the suspect has been arrested while the pastor and the police officer are receiving treatment at Reston Hospital.
The reason while the suspect stabbed the pastor was not disclosed in the news.
However, Pastor Fuller who shared the story said that the church is praying for quick recovery of their pastor as well as thanking God for saving the life of their pastor.
