The unfortunate trend of rape cases in Africa is alarming and calls for quick action by authorities.
A police officer was arrested for raping a covid19 female patient.
The police officer who was supposed to be guarding the isolation center in Bisia county was instead caught pants down with a female patient.
The patient who was on quarantine having tested positive to Coronavirus was helpless as the heartless police office forced his way and had a carnal knowledge of her.
