The Enugu state police Command has affirmed the arrest of Emmanuel Opoku, the 28-year-old Ghanaian man who supposedly poured hot water on the bosoms of his Lover, one Chiamaka Ngwu at their home in Akuke-Awkunanaw, Enugu.
An announcement discharged by the representative of the state police Command, ASP Ndukwe Ekea, says Opoku's arrest was a continuation of an appeal got at the order's home office on July 10 from Women Aid Collective (WACOL), Enugu that he purportedly dedicated the follow up on June 23 after a misconception between the sweethearts.

He said the Commission has advised hitched or would-be couples to avoid demonstrations of abusive behavior at home, which is fit for causing suffering physio-mental damages on its casualty, notice that the Command will remain determined to arraign guilty parties.
