It was gathered that, the gunmen stormed the village around 7pm and opened fire on every moving object, this was confirmed by the vice chairman of CAN of the local government, Pastor Isaac Ango Makama.
According to the CAN vice chairman, about 7 bodies have been deposited at the mortuary, while villagers are still searching for their missing family members.
Further speaking he said, "The lawmakers representing the people is yet to visit the displaced persons scattered throughout the IDP camp as we currently speak, which is a sign of unseriousness"
However, he said, the IDPs are traumatize and the camp lacks medical facilities or drugs. He urge the government and kind hearted Nigerians to extend their gesture towards ending the plight of the IDPs.
