Police officer caught raping a COVID-19 patient in quarantine. See what the patient said.

Police report confirmed the incident that occurred at the COVID-19 isolation centre in Busia county Agriculturer training center on Friday 17th of July. 

The place which is always on guard. That night the place was guarded by three guards and three police officers.

Two of the guards left for normal patrol at 10 pm. One of the guards who left for patrol started talking to one of the patients, which left the other uncomfortable with the action. He decided to walk into the room and informed others about what's happening outside. 

The report made the police officers uncomfortable and suspicious, and decided to look around. Before they got to the spot, the guard and the patient had already moved away the spot. 

They continue the search and suddenly heard noise from the women ward. They immediately rushed down, getting close, they sighted other patients outside shouting that an official is raping a patient inside. 

The police reported that at the entry of the room, the found the officer and the woman on the bed.

Though an eyewitness, who is also a patient at the isolated center said the raped woman consented to the action but later changed her mind as a result of other patients awareness.

The suspect was arrested and his gun was confiscated by the most senior officer of Busia prison.
