Insecurity and crime has been at his maximum since the outbreak of the covid-19, the joblessness has caused so much crime. Bayelsa has been faced with the issue of cultism and yenagoa the state capital has not been at rest or peace since the clashes of rival cult groups which causes insecurity and unethical business environment for the people in the state.
On Sunday, Obele a region in yenagoa the state capital was faced with a ranting tension as there was a clash between d members of a cult group. This time the clash was unlike the previous clashes that there was an opposition rival group but it was a misunderstanding that was built up .
The gang went on their normal stealing, but this time it was an elderly man that was unlucky. They stole his wallet and shoot him at the spot, as usual they took the wallet to their hide out and was ready to share their spoils they acquired only for one of them who did not went with them on the raid to see the passport of the man and found out its was his father, the boy instantly shot one of his gang member and the rest ran away. The gang members that ran away went to acquire more weapons and this caused a display and tension in the area.
