A Nigerian father whose name is unidentified was spotted beating his 18-year-old daughter mercilessly for joining a WhatsApp group chat he warned her against.
The video which has gone viral was shared by a popular Twitter page, Instablog9ja. This video has also caused a lot of reactions on social media.
According to the video shared, the 18-year-old girl was seen lying down flat on the floor, crying and pleading for mercy as he biological father flogged her continuously.
It was also reported that the mother of this lady was the one behind the camera. She was also begging the man and at the same time, recoding the scene.
After this video was shared, Nigerians have taken to the comment section to react. Some people said the man has done the right thing while some criticized the man for flogging the girl.
A man named Nora also took to the comment section to pour out his opinion. In his words, he said;
“First of all, the person that recorded this video is sick. This social media will end some of us. We Africans like recording and uploading everything on social media.
The classmate or course mate of this girl will see this video now and then mock her later. At the end of the day, we will hear that the girl drank sniper.”
