Security Matter: Hon. Abdulwakil Olorunjuwon Sule Convenes Security Meeting.

Today Thursday 16th July, Hon Abdulwakil Olorunjuwon Sule Hosted all heads of Security agencies in yagba east Local Government to a Security meeting. 

The meeting which was held at the yagba east local Secretariat was to assess the level of Optimization of all the security architecture and operations in yagba east LGA. 

Reports from security heads present at the briefings shows that the LGA is not doing badly in the Crime index analysis of the Security Situation in kogi West aside from the unfortunate Bank Robbery that caught everyone unaware. 

An update on the relationship between farmers and Herders was also received and it shows cases of infractions have been reduced to the bearest minimum. 

Hon Sule Abdulwakil while thanking the security agencies for coming and responding to his calls at all times emphasized the need to sustain the current tempo and onslaught on criminal elements in the LGA. 

He also assured of Government's regular funding to the security agencies and further promised to attend to all thier needs within available resources. 

He said the Government of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello has Zero tolerance towards all forms of insecurity and criminality and Seek for better synergy amongst all security agencies to ensure yagba East is totally cleared of criminal elements. 

Hon Sule Abdulwakil also used the occasion to officially welcome the new Divisional Police Officer CSP Adeniyi who was recently posted to replace the late DPO who died during the ill-fated robbery incident that rattled the security architecture of yagba east LGA. 

The Newly Divisional Police officer thanked the SSA for his constant support to security agencies and prayed that the Lord continue to grant the SSA the capacity to do more. 

Present at the meeting were the heads of all Security Agencies ranging from the Area commander of the Nigerian police who was represented by the P&G, the Divisional Police officers of Isanlu and ife-Olukotun, The DSS, The Nigerian Security And Civil defence Corps, The Nigerian Immigration Service, The Kogi State Vigilante Service, State Investigation Bureau, Christian Association of Nigeria, Chief Imam of Isanlu and representatives of both the Hausas and Fulani Communities.
