No less than 42 Nigerians have been repatriated from the Niger Republic.
They were expelled for entering the nation without substantial reports.
Abdullahi Dalhatu, Acting Controller, Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), Katsina State, said this in an announcement on Friday.
The deportees were come back to Nigeria through the NIS control post in Kongolam.
Dalhatu said twelve of them were summoned under the watchful eye of a Federal High Court sitting in Katsina.
Equity Hadiza Shagari directed the case on Thursday.
"Twelve of the forty-two repatriated Nigerians have been summoned before the Government High Court in Katsina for dodging Immigration leeway while crossing Nigerian fringe to another nation through illicit courses", it read.
Dalhatu included that the rest will before long be charged.
He entreated Nigerians with the expectation of entering or leaving Nigeria to consistently present themselves at a perceived port of passage.
