Following the gruesome murder of Fahim Saleh, the Bangladeshi-American tech investor and founder of Nigerian startup Gokada who was found dead and dismembered in his New York apartment in Manhattan’s Lower East Side on Tuesday (July 14) a Nigerian Investigative Journalist has blown up the lid leading to what likely is the cause of his murder.
Adetutu Balogun (MBA) with Twitter handle @Tutsy22 revealed that the murder may be "financially motivated"
You would recall that the police discovered Saleh’s decapitated body, parts of which were in plastic bags in the apartment, after his cousin asked for a check on his welfare. An electric saw was also reportedly found in the apartment. Saleh, 33, purchased the Manhattan apartment last year for $2.25 million.
Well, reactions kept pouring in highlighting what might have led to the murder as different views and opinions were sampled..
As at the time of filing this report investigation is still ongoing. We hope the police gets to the bottom of this and fish out the culprits
