Deputy Commissioner of police and head of the Police Intelligence Response Team(IRT),DCP Abba Kyari has publicly announced that the Inspector General of Police, Adamu Mohammed is his mentor in the force.
Abba Kyari stated this on his verified official Facebook account where he shared picture of himself and the IGP with the award he received from the House of Representatives.
You will recall that Abba Kyari was recognized and awarded by the members of the green chamber last month for his exceptional and outstanding discharge of duty. He was honoured with a standing ovation then.
Abba Kyari has led operatives that have arrested many hardened criminals in the society. His commitment to combat crime in Nigeria is unmatched.He was behind the arrest of many Boko Haram terrorist and the arrest of notorious billionaire kidnapper, Evans.
He is one of the few police officers that have retained the lost glory of the Nigerian Police Force.
