Femi Fani Kayode, a Nigerian politician, essayist, poet and lawyer has raised doubts over Tolulope Arotile’s death. He said the idea that Tolulope was killed by being knocked down on the Airforce Base by her best friends car is nonsensical. He said that justice must be done concerning Tolulope Arotile’s death.


Recall that Tolulope was said to have been knocked down by one her secondary school mates. The sad incident happened during the week along Kaduna road.

Fani Kayode said the death of the well celebrated 23 year old helicopter pilot, Tolulope Arotile is sad and tragic. He described Tolulope as courageous and formidable in battle. He said that Tolulope was doing much harm to Boko Haram.
Fani Kayode why questioning Tolulope's death, he said he suspected that Tolu was murdered and the truth behind her death was covered up. He therefore urged the Chief of Air Staff to investigate the matter thoroughly. He said so much is being attached to it and it does not augur well for the reputation of the Air Force.
