In order of the social distancing worldwide due to the spread of the coronavirus, the Anambra Police Command has warned complainants to reduce their frequent visit to the police station.
The statement was made by the Police Public Relations Officer Haruna Mohammed who said the enforcement had commenced. In his statement, he advised against frequent visits to the station except when the visit is necessary on security grounds.

Designated telephone lines where given to the general public in other to reach the police in the state in case of emergency. Various States across the country has taken strict measures in other to curb the spread of the Coronavirus which as affected the country with a record of 1 death according to NCDC.
Community festivals, burial ceremonies, night clubs, traditional marriages and any meeting of more than 30 persons have been suspended in Anambra state. Academic and non-academic related activities are no longer allowed in the state any facility that fails to shut down voluntarily will be forced.
