Not every person who present his or herself as buyers are really legit buyers but illegal ones who do nothing more than paying out fake currency to their sellers.
As a business owner or a trader, you should always be conscious of the kind of money we receive from buyers as many of them carry fake currency around.
However, some buyers are into criminal activities and they intentionally pay business men and women with these fake currency just to be able to get goods from them.
A ram trader was scammed of N80,000 after his buyer paid him with fake N1,000 naira notes.
The man was shouting and lamented about the fake notes and also called on the President to rescue him and his colleagues from the hands of scammers.
Traders and business owners should be very careful from the buyers they collect money from. Be sure to look at the currency given to you before releasing your goods.
