Igbo is one of the major ethnic groups in Nigeria formerly also called Iboe, Ebo, Eboe, and Eboans. The vast majority of Igbo People are found in south-central and southeastern Nigeria and also Equatorial Guinea. There has been many speculations about the origin of the Igbo people, as it is not yet known how the group originated. But many people agreed that the origin of Igbo People is Nigeria, because the vast majority of Igbo People are found in Nigeria.

Igbo is the second largest ethnic group in Nigeria and they are found in some West Africa countries like equitorial Guinea and Ghana But the majority of Igbo People are found in Southern Nigeria. These culture and traditions of Igbo People includes Cultural and Creative Arts, music and dance forms, as well as their attire, cuisine and language dialects.

2. Igbo Believe

According to the traditions of Igbo, God is called creator god (Chukwu or Chineke). It is believe in Nigeria the vast majority of Igbo people are predominantly practicing Christianity and Few numbers of their population are found to be Muslims and other traditional religion.
