It was reported few weeks ago that the federal government shutdown telecom services in Zamfara, Sokoto and Kastina States. The federal government reportedly took this decision as a result of high level of insecurity in these states.
According to a tweet he made this afternoon on his verified twitter handle, he made it known that the people of Kastina, Zamfara and parts of Sokoto States, where telecom was shutdown have returned to the 90s, by writing letters and patronising post offices.
This is really a funny one from Senator Shehu Sani. Indeed, people who are living in these states are passing through alot. But be it as it may, the decision was taking for their own good.
