The increased rate of phone theft is not without notice globally. Some have lost phones worth thousands of dollars to phone theft. Some people lose their phones at gunpoint, some by misplacing. Whichever means you lost your phone, there are ways to track, lock, and have your phone ba. In this article, I will be showing you how to track, lock and have your iPhone, Samsung, Nokia, and lots more back. Though, these names are in into two operating systems named; IOS and Android. There are Apps for each of the operating systems mentioned. These Apps include: Google find my device, Find my iPhone, Find My Phone, and Life360.

Below are the methods of tracking and recovering your lost phone with the mentioned Apps.

1. Google find my device: Google find my device helps you locate your lost Android and lock it till you get it back. See your phone, tablet, or watch on a map. If the current location is not available, you will see the last place it was. Go to and sign in to your Google Account. If you have more than one phone, click the lost phone at the top of the screen on the map, you'll get info about where the phone is, finally, decide what you want to do.

2. Find My iPhone: Tap the "Settings" icon on your iPhone and then tap the "iCloud" option. Tap the switch next to "Find My iPhone." These will change the switch's setting from Off to on and enable the Find My iPhone service on your device. Find your lost or stolen iPhone's location by signing in to your iCloud account at Click the "Find My iPhone" button. This feature attempts to locate your iPhone's current location. If it can find the device, its location should show on a map. Click the "i" icon to open another menu with more options. From here, you can make your iPhone play a sound or have it display a message. You can also remotely lock the device or remotely wipe its contents. It helps ensure that no one can use the sensitive information on your iPhone while it is out of your reach.
