DSTv announces service disruption on Sunday

Digital Satellite Television (DStv) owned by Multichoice has announced that some of its services would be unavailable on Sunday, February 21.

It said users will not be able to access the self-service platform nor renew, or subscribe for packages.

The disruption according to DSTv will last from 10 pm on Sunday to 8:59 am on Monday. This is to allow for routine maintenance to take place.

The statement reads, “Dear Customer, Please note that we are carrying out routine maintenance Our systems on Sunday, 21 February from 10 pm.

“Our billing. payment and self-service platforms will not be available during this period.

“Normal business operations will resume Monday. 22 February at 9 am. We sincerely apologize for every inconvenience this may cause.”
