Oyedepo Backs Buhari On Social Media Regulation

Bishop David Oyedepo, the General Overseer of the Living Faith Church International (Winners Chapel), has spoken against social media, saying it unconsciously robs people of their future. 

This is amid the suspension of the operations of Twitter in the country by the FG, who are reportedly plotting to regulate social media.

Warning youths against the addiction to social media, the General Overseer stated that it can render a whole destiny useless. 

Reduce Cost Of Data, Other Services- Buhari Tells MTN

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari has urged the MTN Group to provide quality service to its Nigerian subscribers and reduce its cost of data and other services. 

In a statement released by his media aide, Femi Adesina, the President also asked the telecommunication company to make available top-of-the-range service to Nigerians.

Mr Onofiok Luke, Reps Member representing Etinan/Nsit-Ibom/Nsit-Ubium Federal Constituency in Akwa Ibom State, has warned that the president should not ignore the various agitations in the country particularly those coming from the the South-East and South-West regions. 

He further said he is a firm believer in the unity of Nigeria founded on justice, equity and true federalism.
