A lot of people believe that for one to be successful in life, he need to be educated. Even though education is very important, it doesn't guarantee success in life. Chief Razak who has gotten the title of the 'Aare of Lagos' is one of the Nigerian billionaires who didn't attend school. Although he attended primary school he didn't further his education because he wanted to become a businessman.
He stopped schooling and joined his father in his tailoring business but few years later he decided to go into importation. With the support of his mother, he gathered 70 pounds and started importation business.
From there he saved some money and ventured into production business and that is how he became a billionaire. Even though Chief Razak didn't attend secondary school or University, he is very successful and he is one of the most successful people in Nigeria. His company named Eleganza Group is one of the leading companies in Nigeria.
He is also a philanthropist who has given scholarships to several people. It is hard to believe that he only attended primary school because of all his achievements.
Chief Razak who was born in 1940 is 81 years old at the moment. He is happily married and he has lovely children.
