Popular Nigerian Flutist Tee Mac Omatshola Iseli MFR on Monday released a statement during his interview session with the Arise TV News noted that he was lucky to be a Nigerian immediately after the war. He noted that Nigeria was a peaceful place, and he doesn't think there was poverty. With little money you could feel yourself, People were happy, he said.
Tee Mac went on to say that the Naira was fantastic then. Giving an example, he noted that he purchased two bittle in 1977 for N2800 Naira. He also bought a brand new Mercedes for N14, 200 Naira. He also revealed that in 1983 he built the house that they are in and that the land cost N4000 Naira, but now the land is about 28 or 30 million.
He noted that with the inflation and changes in Nigeria too many people are out of work. He revealed that he has a presidential Candidate who is young. He stated that he won't reveal the name of his candidate yet.
