The Tony Elumelu foundation is a non-profit organization that empowers African entrepreneurs with cash to start up or develop an already existing business.

The foundation was founded by Nigeria business man Tony O. Elumelu in 2010 and they celebrated their 10 years anniversary of helping young Africans with startup business fund in 2020.

The foundation is committed to economic transformation of Africa by encouraging competition in the private sector. It main priority is to empower in African next generation of business leader and entrepreneurs.

Their portal was opened for application today, Friday January 1st, 2020.

This year program was tailored to suit the current situation in the world.

Recovery of small and medium scale businesses will be prioritize to enable them survive the disruption to economic activities caused by covid19.
