Handling a business is one of the most stressful things someone can do.
It requires patience because at a point in time you're going to have a huge setback in your business, you'll make great profit and gain, and at times you'll also have to deal with loss.
The story of this young man and his progress has been one of the reasons I keep pushing, no matter the kind of challenges I face in my business.
He started his clothing business in 2005 hawks jerseys, boxers, and stockings on the street to make ends meet if you know how stressful hawking on the street is you'll know it's not an easy thing to do.
Hawking under the scorching sun, trekking from one place to another to find customers to buy your goods.
His hustle paid off and in 2009 he opened his mini boutique which he stocked up with clothes from the money he had already saved from hawking clothes on the street in 2005, it took him 4 years to save up and open his boutique.
In 2015 he upgraded and expanded his boutique shop started importing clothes from turkey and Italy. He took his business to the next level.
Later on, in 2018, he opened another boutique store abroad and his business is currently booming.
Starting your business at a small stage can work, you can turn into a millionaire tomorrow if you hold on tight to the business and learn to deal with loss.
The lesson behind this story is that you should never look down on Anybody because you feel you're way richer than the person.
You never know what the future may bring tomorrow, you will never know where you'll meet that person in the future, you will never know if that person will be your God-sent helper in the future.
Learn to give support to small business owners, that small change you leave for them after patronizing them will go a long way for them, they'll never forget you for your good deeds.
