When talking about one of the most active law enforcement agency in Nigeria, The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) will surely come to our mind.The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) is an agency that investigates financial crimes such as advance fee fraud and money laundering, It was established in 2003 by the Federal government of Nigeria and on this article I will be showing you the headquarter building of this agency located in Abuja.
The Headquarter building of the EFCC is located along Airport Road, Jabi, in Abuja, It was approved by the Federal Executive Council (FEC) during the administration of former president, Goodluck Jonathan on November 24, 2010 The contract was awarded to Julius Berger Nigeria Plc on November 27, 2010 for N18 billion. Even though it was billed to cost N18 billion, the building was completed for N24 billion due to fluctuating foreign exchange.

The building has some ultra modern facilities which include a forensic building, clinic, male and female detention cells, security wing, fire unit, underground parking section, and a power generating unit.
