At Tuesday plenary, the Nigerian Senate President, His Excellency Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan who represents Yobe North Constituency of Yobe State read Buhari’s letter of request on the floor of the Senate at plenary on Tuesday seeking for a fresh N2.3trn.
According to Sahara Reporters who tweeted it on their verified Twitter handle @saharareporters, "The President seeks the fresh loan for the Federal Government to finance the 2021 budget deficit"
