The COVID19 pandemic in 2020 had a great toll on the economy of the country due to the lockdown that ensued from it, because of this, many businesses took a big hit and have been struggling to get back on their feet.

This is why the Federal government of Nigeria came up with a scheme that was targeted at funding small businesses, artisans and entrepreneurs and helping them to get back in business following the pandemic.


The first batch of the MSME Survival fund have all received their payment, and the registration for the second batch of candidates have started already, and according to Ambassador Mariam Katagum, the initiative would be opened again for all the states that are yet to meet their quota in the second batch of applications.
The second batch of applications however closed this month; February, so if you are interested in applying, then go to the cafe for registration, or head to the Survival fund website; survivalfund.gov.ng on your smartphone to apply.
