Kings Flour Mill Limited is one of the fruits of our drive to attract industries to Akwa Ibom State and create sustainable jobs for our people.
The Vice President, who commisioned the project in 2019 commended Gov. Emmanuel for the innovative style of his administration, by attracting industries to the state which has helped increase revenue as well as generated more employment.
The flour mill is expected to produce about 500 metric tonnes per day capacity. This is expected to create over 1000 job opportunities especially for young people.
Furthermore, Kings Flour Mills limited is the biggest flour producers in Europe as such their arrival in Akwa Ibom justifies the claim that Governor Emmanuel's investor-friendly policies and investment in peace and security are transforming the state into an enviable industrial hub within the Gulf of Guinea.
What the governor has done is a right step in the right direction as this would help boost the internally generated revenue of the state.
