Nigeria is a beautiful and developing nation in Africa, flourishing with a variety of natural resources. Mauritius is currently the most developed and peaceful country in Africa, with a human development index of 0.804.
Mauritian economy has been expanding every year, making it the most stable and safest economy in Africa.
However, there are three reasons why Nigeria might overtake Mauritius as the most developed and peaceful country in Africa.
The three reasons are.
1: President Buhari's construction projects.
However, Buhari has constructed many things since he became the president. He singlehandedly transformed the country with his projects. Buhari constructed many roads and bridges in Nigeria.
His government provided power plants for uninterrupted power supply and also renovated old airports.
I believe that Nigeria will overtake Mauritius because of how Buhari's government is busy awarding road and bridge projects.

2: The natural resources in Nigeria.
As one of the major oil-producing countries in Africa, Nigeria might overtake Mauritius, which has little oil.
Mauritius has little crude oil compared to Nigeria, which has the highest crude oil in Africa.
3: How Buhari's Government is fighting insecurity.
Insecurity is one of the major problems in Nigeria. However, Buhari's government is fighting to reduce it. Nigeria might overtake Mauritius as the most peaceful country in Africa before Buhari's tenure ends.
What are your thoughts on this? Do you think that Nigeria can overtake Mauritius state before 2023?
