It read, "On the authority of Senate, the University presents this timetable to oblige lawful occupants in the lodgings for the In-Person second semester 2019_2020 assessments.
"Qualified Students are relied upon to stand stringently by the timetable and rules for permission into the Halls of Residence.
"(They) should be enlisted for the second semester 2019-2020 meeting, present shaded Exam Docket for second semester 2019-2020 Exams, present a bottle of hand sanitizer (Minimum of 500ml), present like 10 face covers, wear face veil into and out of the hostel consistently, should utilize their dispensed bed spaces.
"The Schedule for convenience for assessments is as per the following: 100 and 200-level understudies with assigned bed space should move into the hostel from Thursday 26 August 2021 and leave prior to Saturday 11 September 2021.
"500-level Faculty of Law Students with designated bed space should move into their lodgings on Saturday 28 August and leave on Sunday 5 September 2021.
"300-level undergraduates with designated bed space should move into their hostels on Saturday 11 September and leave on Saturday 18 September 2021.
"400 and 500-level undergraduates with assigned bed space should move into their inns on Saturday 18 September and withdraw on Sunday 26 September 2021.
"Surviving standards and guidelines with related punishments for hostel residency are as yet appropriate and should be obeyed by all undergraduates."
