The date which was declared by the Federal Government means that all organizations and institutions will have a day public holiday in their respective working class on Monday.
In schools, the third term of the academic session has started while others are to start on the 4th of May. Students who are yet to resume and those who have resumed school, count this day as good news because it create time for reading especially at home. Most of students who get happy about public holiday are hard working students. These students works in class, always attentive and get good grades after the teacher's explaination.
These hard working students who know the meaning of public holiday take the day as a day to study more in their quiet environment. Banks and other organizations will also go on break on Monday due to Public Holiday.
Workers Day takes place on every 1st of May in a year, but this year the first day of May falls on Saturday, which is not a working day, that was why it was shifted to Monday, 3rd of May.
