UTME Postponement: 5 New Guidelines All Candidates Should Read Before Exam Day

The new guidelines are aimed at informing candidates of the update, it contains 5 vital directories to follow to have positive results. The postponement was made by the board to ensure transparency in the exercise.

The following are the 5 procedures;

1. Candidates who are yet to upload the O'level result are to do it after registration. It means that any candidate that has filled in awaiting results during registration is required to upload it went it's released.

2. A science candidate is not allowed to switch to art courses. It means that a person who wishes to study science in a higher institution will not be eligible to change the courses after registration. That's why candidates are advised to know their field.

3. Candidates should avoid linking their NIN with details of another one. Each NIN belongs to one candidate which is not to be manipulated.

4. Any candidate that wishes to study abroad must pass the cutoff mark and provide a national ID card, visa, and other necessary documents.

5. Any candidate with a physical disability should indicate during the registration, it helps the board to know the kind of attention to be given to the candidate.
